Grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay, 25% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir

Aromas and Flavors: I am an exceptional champagne, with aromas of dried fruits such as toasted almond and hazelnut, enhanced with candied fruits, dried apricot and fig, with a touch of pastry. On the palate, I am ample, complex and with a beautiful persistence.

Food and Wine Pairings: I enhance refined dishes such as truffle-based dishes, mature cheeses like comté, or pan-fried foie gras.
